My name is Chris I am 21 years old and as you can tell I like cars, but more specifically VEEDUBS (Volkswagen's). I am a senior and my major is Telecommunications specializing in production. I currently work at WCJB TV20 in the news department as an AP as well I produce a 30 minute TV show that airs every Saturday.
I am excited to see that Volkswagen has released production ready pictures. Although this excitement is short lived due to the fact that we (the USA) will not see this car for 2 to 3 years. Which Makes me wonder if adding the extra foam in the bumper really all that important, most European and all German cars are much safer than some American produced cars in my opinion as well as test IIHS.com. Note that the Audi A3 received Top Safety Pick, The A3 and VW GTI are the same vehicle.
